Whether you’re scheduling your initial assessment, personal training package sessions (prenatal or postpartum), or a stand-alone OptiMom session, please select the appropriate option on the calendar below.
After you schedule and hit the SUBMIT button, please check your email for your scheduling confirmation. In your confirmation email, you will see links to both a Waiver and Release of Liability, and a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire form.
These forms that need to be filled out and signed prior to arriving at the studio! If you are a returning client, you can disregard the waiver, but please fill out the PARQ so I have an updated record for you.
